Privacy Policy

Agency Platform ("the platform", "we") is software that web design agencies use to run their business: their public website, client portal, orders, invoices, and payments. Each agency works on its own domain under its own brand. This page explains what data the platform processes and who can see it.

Who is responsible

• The agency you deal with decides why your data is collected (for example, to process your order) and is your first point of contact.
• We operate the platform that stores and processes that data on the agency's behalf, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

Data we process

• From your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address, and profile photo. We get no access to your password, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data.
• From an agency's website: what you send through its contact form or configurator, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, and message.
• From your orders: the theme and features you chose, notes about your business, invoices, and the date and amount of the payments you confirm. We do not store card numbers or bank account details.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Who can see it

• Each agency sees only its own clients, orders, and payments. Agencies cannot see each other's data.
• The platform's administrators can see the data of every agency, to run, secure, and support the service and to settle the revenue share agreed with each agency.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. It is only processed by the services the platform runs on: Google (sign-in), our hosting and file storage providers, and our email delivery provider.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as the agency needs it for the service and for bookkeeping. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time; data that must be kept for bookkeeping is kept to the minimum.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your data. Contact the agency you work with, or us directly at visiarch@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
